Though it was without a few of its regular starters, the No.21 Wisconsin wrestling team made quick work of UW-Whitewater in a non-conference dual on Saturday.

The host Warhawks (5-3) entered the match as the No.12 team in Division III according to InterMat.

The Badgers topped Maryland 32-6 at the UW Field House Thursday night in Wisconsin’s Big Ten opener.

Three Wisconsin wrestlers placed as the Badgers finished tied for 12^th as a team at the two-day, 46-team Cliff Keen Las Vegas Invitational Friday and Saturday.

No.17 Evan Wick finished second at 165 pounds, while No.11 Ricky Robertson placed fifth at 184 and 18^th-ranked Zander Wick was seventh at 149.

Evan Wick’s journey to the finals included four wins, two over top-10 opponents.
